Our passionate belief is that each of us can create the life and

Inspired Learning was created in 2002 by Caroline Sherrard
to help create a brighter future through skilled support, guidance
and inspiration. Caroline brings professional rigour, fierce honesty,
deep integrity, intelligent humour and clear communication to her work.
Inspired Learning works with other, carefully selected,
Associates to bring you expert services.
Our clients range from organisations that want to give
their redundant employees a helping hand to individuals
from large corporates, small businesses and the not-for-profit
sector who benefit from our coaching.
Caroline inspires through a strong commitment to her own learning.
She regularly attends workshops and is studying a
Foundation course in Psychosynthesis Counselling.
A successful Human Resources Professional of 14 years, her career
ranged from managing training and HR for a leading publisher,
to providing HR expertise at the largest professional accountancy firm.
As well as a life rich with personal growth, she is a:
- Career Coach for the Firework Career Coaching Programme
- Life coach, trained with CTI, the Coaches Training Institute,
accredited by the International Coach Federation,
the leading coaching professional body
- Certified Practitioner in the Art of Neuro Linguistic Programming
- Graduate of the Psychology of Vision 100-day international
training programme.
Professional memberships include:
the International Coach Federation (ICF),
the Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI),
the Association of Coaching (AC)
and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
She adheres to the codes of ethics of these organisations.
